“TRON” Sci-Fi Thriller Video Game to 3D Movies
This is a great news!! You can see “TRON” as a 3D movie now, in 1982 director Steven Lisberger brought audiences to the world of video games through “TRON Legacy” and now in 2010, it is being made into a 3D movie again, which is going to hit theaters in December. And it will be presented by ever green Walt Disney. Director Joe Karasinski used the same technology as in the movie “The curious case of Benjamin Button” to make the characters look like human. Especially the character Clu, which is played by Jeff Bridges.
Each character has been designed digitally using the technology, Jeff Bridges plays the father as a talented video game programmer and Garrett Hedlund plays his son, 3D cameras have been used the filming the movie. “TRON” video game has attracted more than 4 million users and the movie has been made with the hope of attracting them to theaters.
Jeff Bridges who was in the original movie of TRON also said, at that time, director had to use another person for the role of youger Clu, but now the same person can play young and old no matter how old are you, with the help of digital technology. This is the much awaited movie of 2010, every “TRON” fan that plays the video game 24 hours a day is waiting to see it in 3D version.
