Jury is still on the way whether 200 / 240 hz motion technology provide a big different, but that won’t stop Samsung to bring out the Samsung 400 / 480 hz (PAL / NTSC standard) LCD HDTVs at the IFA 2009 in the next month. This is the second time we’ve heard rumors about bump in specification of motion technology with black frame insertion instead of more expensive technology to create new one from the existing frame.

LG has made a demo its 480 hz LCD and two to the race course is a larger number on the shelves, but we need to oversee the provision, if it is useful to wait for the upgrade.
