“MySpace” Left Behind By Facebook Film
Facebook had the trailer of its new film which tells the story of biggest rival of MySpace hosted on its homepage. MySpace was found in 2003, one year before Facebook and was the largest social network in the world with more than 100 million registered members. But Facebook started taking over in 2008 and launched its HD advertising format with the promotion of the film.
The film is all set to release in 2010 October, and the story has been adapted from the novel The Accidental Billionaires; The Founding of Facebook written by Ben Mezrich in 2009. A story of Money, Sex and Betrayal. The Social Network follows Mark Zuckerberg and Sean parker as they plan about creating Facebook.com.
Now, Facebook has more than 500 million members. Facebook paid $65 million to settle the lawsuit which claimed that Zuckerberg stole the idea for the website from his college room mates Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss in 2009. Even with so many issues, Facebook sustained and sustained wonderfully.
