According to a new rumor from unconfirmed report on Mexican website, the iPhone 4 will no longer face antenna problems from 30th of September. According to the Director of Value Added Services Telcel, Marco Quatorze, from September 30th Telcel will be available in new devices which do not have the reception malfunction and he also explained about the several options to make changes from one phone to another.

If the previous plan bought by you is over then you will need to hire new plan for iPhone 4. We are not sure if this news is true then Apple’s plan of handing over free bumpers to the existing iPhones will end. Steve Jobs gave an end date of September 30th while announcing the bumper plan. Apple first announced bumper plan in July so that the designers would have had enough time to fix the problem.

After all these issues, the real problem is how the present users of iPhone 4 will respond and would they be getting any potential exchanges? Would users care for newly designed iPhones or the bumpers? Well, all that is yet to be solved.
