A formula was suggested by the telecom ministry of India, this will help the security agencies to gain the access to corporate email on RIM’s BlackBerry devices. RIM has been facing deadline of August31st to provide the authorities the source to track and read the BlackBerry Enterprise email and its messenger service.

According to the reports of newspaper, the telecom ministry has said that every time a corporate email is sent on a BlackBerry handset through a server which is located in the premises of any company, a copy of this email can be fed to the monitoring systems installed by any Internet service Providers in the country.

Newspaper also said, if the interior ministry does not accept the solution, then there is only one option left with them, which is to instruct carriers not to offer the enterprise email services on BlackBerry platform.

According to the reports, an unnamed senior official in the interior ministry of India said, intelligence agency was testing the proposal.

This week India will allow the messenger service to continue beyond the deadline as assured according to a senior government source. But it could shut down the secure email service if it was denied of access by then.
