New Android tablet from Samsung is coming to market this quarter in another 60 days. Samsung Electronics Co. is planning to introduce tablet computers based on the Android operating system from Google. With this news, Samsung has been added to the list of firms which are in challenge of producing products in competition with Apple’s iPad.

Global cell phone makers and PC makers like Nokia, LG, and HP Co are producing new devices to compete with Apple. After Nokia, Samsung is the second largest handset maker in the world. Samsung said, the tablet PC will come in 7 inch display screen, whereas iPad comes with 9.7 inch screen and more than 3 millions of devices have been sold so far.

LG has also announced tablet or slate computers in forth quarter, and Microsoft already had announced its tablet computers. Looks like all the major firms are planning on introducing tablet computers with Android operating system and everyone wants to compete with Apple. But is it really possible to attract people to other companies except Apple?
